    best place to buy b-pipe

I will use mine when the time comes. The golden rule for a parts whore is: "I would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it." Mine is a mod anyways for when I need to mod some stuff!

Matt_E Roundnose Rebuild Thread - Motor Update for 2009

With the Kawie cable, you don't need an adapter for a finger throttle either. Just make sure you get one from a 750 SX. the 750 SXi/Sxi Pro have a narrow barrel at the throttle and require an adapter. DBR

The "Things I Should Bring to Rides" thread

nah I wouldn't. Hence the emphasis on "isn't" in my previous comment. Mine is under the seat so when you seat falls off, like they always do on X2's, it sinks and you are SOL... When you guys heading north again?

    Turn slide (hockey stop)

They are pretty easy on an X2. I got WOT, let off a little, turn the bars all the way to one side, nail the gas some to get teh ski to turn, lean into the slide, then do whatever you wish from there. I used ot be able to do them into tail stands, full 360's, throws, ect... All these tips...

    Complete listing of finger throttles

I measured the BMX lever I had. The barrel size adjuster was M7 x 1.00 Look just like those Shark ones. I ma unsure what size the Yamaha stuff is but they won't fit an old Kawasaki or new style Kawasaki cable. It may be able to be drilled out but seems like a big hassle.

    Protec Head O-ring Conundrum

Actually on a West Coast Kawie head they did have both. I believe teh gasket was to meter water correctly inside the head/cylinder. Best bet is to contact www.PacificJetSports.com Gordon has some last I read somewhere.

where can I get this flow valve (pic)

Just using one before the pipe. My theory is if I didn't, then the exhaust would be flooded with water. I won't choke the engine water at all.

where can I get this flow valve (pic)

Here is my planned cooling system: Pump will be tapped for dual cooling. Each of the two total lines will go from pump to bulkhead lines. Then: Line #1 goes from bulk head to exhaust manifold. Then two bypass exits from head to pissers. This is the engine cooling system. Line #2...

where can I get this flow valve (pic)

Those valves are made by Jet Works. It isn't the "flow control valve" that uses the spring and ball inside them. It has a knob and a nut. The knob is threaded and the more you open it up, the more water flows through. They are only like 15 bucks. Hot Products sells them. I am going to...

    Complete listing of finger throttles

I will measure a BMX barrel adjuster tonight to get an idea of the thread size. I know I have seen a BMX brake lever used somewhere, someplace by someone for a finger throttle! Probably was PWCT back in the day. But if we can use bicycle levers, there is a whole world of levers that are...

    LIGHTWEIGHT X2 (Yamaha 701 Powered)

Not to get on anyone's case but is that why all the people on PWCT haven't gotten their hoods yet? There was like two or three. It isn't the kind of thing that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside when I want to order some parts for myself... I am anxious ot see this ski once it is done...

    Complete listing of finger throttles

I was told the same thing about their Mikuni throttle drums. :( Not a Jet Ski finger throttle but I bet a Dia Compe Gold Member or Gold Finger, I can't remember... But it is a BMX right hand side brake lever. It is designed to only use one finger. I am also not sure about the size/thread...
