A lot of us ride the Kings River, Lake Kaweah is really low and patrolled pretty strictly. Your best bet is to go down to Pismo on a saturday at the Grand Avenue entrance, there are always riders there. You will be in Visalia? There are a lot of riders in the Lemoore/Hanford area.

Lemoore has water year round so we ride there when the water gets really low and we go to pismo during the weekends quite a bit
