Yeah make it point a little to the left. a lot of it has to do with body position riding the hull and where you apply pressure. It happens at slow and fast speeds.
If your engine is spinning 8k and you run out of fuel wot you are gonna have a problem! Air bubbles and sucking it dry cause it to surge also and run away.
They have a pole bolt/bracket spacer but it doesn't fit inside of the spring. I would think any kinda of protective sleeve would also wear away faster and eventually
when you ride it at 3/4 throttle and it rides awesome it is because you are leaning it out. @ WOT it bogs you are either WAY lean at that point on the main jet or a size or 2 too large on the main. Riding it at a steady 3/4 throttle is no good.
With all your posts and your rebuilds and...

Were those blue crimp ends from epic!? Lol
@mrgoodwrench. I ordered wetjet specific gaskets from their company a few months ago and I was disappointed because all they did was hog out the holes a little. I could of done that to a higher quality gasket than they used.

Christmas Day I used 2 pairs of thin 1 mil socks and some crappy jetpilot zip up dive looking booties (3 mil) and it was great. Before that I was using just those socks and asics and my feet were frozen. 5mm thick should do the trick
