    i would go with the carb thing, but my other engine goes through WAY more gas and its jets are the same. this ski just has a pipe and port. my other ski has pipe, msd enhancer, lightweight flywheel, head...pretty much everything. even when it had my ported 760 it still ran great and that thing...

    ok, not no matter what the jets are, but if they are within a "range" which they are wellllll within , it should.

    new head gasket, and new reeds. i think it is compression thats the problem. my ski i ride now acually hits so hard and has way more things to eat gas than this ski, and they have the same jets. it should at least rev up no matter what the jets are.

    when i put a stock head on it. thats the only thing i havent changed since. it had a protec girdle with 35cc domes. i am going to change it back to that tommarow, hopefully that is the problem.

    the thing is, i had 46s on there that ran with the ski before and the ski still runs the same as it did with those. i think im gunna run the head that was on it

    I am pretty sure that the mach 2 is a wet pipe, but i am not sure.

    my other ski used to have a PORTED 760 with those same jets, a Bpipe and everything else you can think of and pulled hard.

    those are what i am running in my main boat with a STOCK 701 cylinder and that things pulls hard!

    the main jet is 135 and the pilot is 70, shouldnt it rev up with those?

    he wasnt being up front about it, he was acting EXTREMELY shady. his stories kept changing. tunning issues and the ski not running are two completly different things. and....why would he sell a ski that has tunning issues?!?!:banghead: THAT IS MY POINT!

    I know people tested it, its the fact that he lied about it to everyone. he could have just said it cannot be tested here for insurance reasons. Im not saying his stuff is bad, because i think it is amazing, but i would never buy it because i saw first hand what kind of guy he was!

    just dont come crying to us when you send your money and dont see all your parts....of course he is cool until he gets your money, that is all he wants. In havasu he seemed like a slimy car sales man. he had so many different stories on why the ski couldnt be tested.

    just keep your stock one as a spare in the trailor. all you need to change it out is a screw driver, 12mm and a 10mm and 20 min max:biggthumpup:

    i have a super old one that has been in about 3 or 4 boats and a new one and they are both great, no problems yet. just plan to replace every two years

    i thought of that already, i put it in the water and disconnected both water lines and it ran the same. RIGHT when it comes out of the water it runs fine
