    grind it down so it looks like \/ but not that much of an angle. After that use different size peices of fiberglass to fill in the V and at the end use larger peices to bond the filled in V to the glass that isnt disturbed -v- sorta like that in a way

    well gentlemen, I went to the machine shop and spent 3 hours with the guy. we got it to work and i test fitted and i think it fits good. i need to inspect it more tommarow.

    the pin has not been sheered, it has been pushed through, the housing for it in the flywheel area is cracking

    I havent tried putting the cases together yet, but just inspecting them, the dowel pin is level with the surface of the bearing race , therefore it wont hold the bearing. And like always when building engines, brandnew OEM seals will be used

    The crank case has 5 dowel pins to hold the crank. I have a set of cases and the dowel pin that is closest to the flywheel does not stick up past the hole. it is a little below with the cases where the bearing rides. It is not suppose to be like that is it? does anyone have an extra one they...

    what is the clarence suppose to be between the piston sleeves and the cases? they are big bore sleeves and the cases were bored out but it nees .2 of a millimeter more (or less) to make it fit. how much extra should i bore it out?
