They are moved forward. there are 2 sets of footholds on this ski. I dont know the measurements though.

you running race gas with that?

I actually think its muchmore comfortable to ride then my old setup due to the new footholds and location

dont know the exact length of the pole but it is SHORT!!! the foot hold are in a different location also... this thing is unlike any other ski!

You can shave the bolt... thats what I did with mine and it works...
