The marina I work at on the civilian side sells valvetech gas. That same additive is added to our big tank right before the fuel truck fills it up with fuel. Your probably mixing it more accurately and saving alot of money for the same thing. It is good stuff none the less.

Its hard to tell from the pic but im pretty sure thats one of the holes in the bulk head where they pour the 2 part foam into the tray area. Dig at it a little with your fingernail. 550sx, js440, and even superjets have the same holes. Superjets have a sticker over the hole.. lol It looks like...

I'd be quite the coincidence that both diaphragms have holes. Even both needles and seats leaking enough to cause that much extra fuel in the crankcase would be a coincidence. I'm curious to see how this turns out. Order extra kits now. I always keep a handful in the to go box.

You said carbs, so you have duals? is it happening to both? just curious, it's an odd problem. I definitely agree with john, and believe it's the diaphragm. When there is negative pressure is the crankcase it pulls vacuum in the pulse line. If there was a hole in the diaphragm it would pull fuel...
