    SuperFreak Ebox Mounting

Ive bolted an ebox directly to the bulk head in the past. I just turfed the back side of the box so it's not metal on glass.

    Cracked footwells B1

Every blaster ive turfed has had those spider cracks in the gel coat. I've never personally seen anyone put a foot threw one, and I know a really big guy that does huge on a blaster.

You may just be seeing spider cracks in the gellcoat, which is just cosmetic.

Why i find jet skiing so fun

Your definitely not alone, I love exploring too. I love zipping threw creeks, rivers and swamps. I chase and zip around my buddy in his mud buddy. We jump logs, chase gators and go places normal boats and skis could never get to. Sometimes I end up putting the ski on the bow of the boat and we...

    Throttle Lever - Adjustments

Also if this is the case, you may not be opening the butterflys all the way. I take the flame arrestors off so I can watch the butterflys to ensure they are closing all the way (resting against the throttle stop) and opening all the way.

Super Jet FL "winter" build- superjet RN- shortened, widened, rockered

Love the progress this far. Keep at it man. How much did you shorten the rear?

    Hackster Blaster

Any sealant from the factory or otherwise needs to be removed if it's in your way. And the rear pump bolts are going to be used right? I see they are close to the edge. I would leave them be. Install the pump bolts with some grease on the threads and run them all the way in. They will protrude...

    Homemade Ball Scupper

When your ski is upside down, it's not about air sneaking in, it's air sneaking out. A heavy spring would prevent air from escaping but would also work against its original purpose, letting water out..

Well I do like the idea, and will use it on my next build. Looking good, your getting close.

As for getting hoses on fitting that are tight, I use a little head from my pencil torch. If you point in into the hose, it will not discolor the outside. Once it's on and cools, it ain't coming off but I normally use oetiker clamps anyways.

I wonder if the 1/4 npt-1/2 barb offers more flow as to the 3/8 barb or if they are both are both at the mecy of the 1/4npt thread i.d. I'm curious if your getting increased flow to the manifold to support the 3 3/8 outlets. I to like to run the pipe separate from the engine and am usually...

Super Jet Basic B*tch Superjet Build

I'm the same weight so this will be a good review for me. I personally would leave the top deck as is. It looks good to me and will still give you a good surf stance. I've ridden a -2 superjet and it was a big difference over stock. When I chop mine I'll probably take 2 inchest off at a time...
