Be careful of cutting domes, they could crack while engine is running. How thick is the spacer plate? Check piston skirt when dropping cylinder, you might open crankcase to exh port when the piston is at TDC, you need at least 2mm overlap onto sleeve.

A drypipe will make the most power when built for the engine porting as it is stuffing more fresh mixture into the engine and has no water to dilute the kj per cc of mixture.

If you are struggling with carburetion not being clean/crisp, check if carbs are dumping fuel through high-speed circuit on return to idle. If so, use valve bodies with in-direct passage to anti-siphon valves
Same here, my TS2 is lying in the bottom of a cupboard. Run MSD in a box or at least grease up the back as water can get in where the epoxy meets the aluminium casing.
Two of your readings are out of specification, these are the ranges:
Pulser coil 12.6 - 15.4 Ohms. I had one that wouldn't rev pass 4000rpm with a 15.6 reading
Charge coil 497.7 - 608.3 Ohms
Lighting coil 1.14 - 1.40 Ohms
