AG died, while I was away on holiday. It burnt a hole in side of battery, thankfully it didn't set the ski and house alight, only saw the damage when I took the battery out the ski
How new is your pipe? Changing to centre bleed will quiet it down
You could cut stinger off, glass end closed, core a hole in largest part of the pipe and epoxy stinger there, some silicone hose bends will get you back to the WB inlet
There is a lot of it, current setup forces him to do the double as first trick. I am working on a way to improve it for him, basics are done in my head, need to physically build it to see if it will work, holiday project after I get home on the 21st
I chatted to Lee after the first run, ski had cavitated in the rough conditions so he didn’t get enough height. Engine ingested water and it took a while to get it started. Layout in ski is normal, nothing different to other skis. The secret is in the trim
Based on my experience with AG, stick to a 16-cell. I used to have a 24-cell and it destroyed starters, was pushing armature forward, bending lipped washer, which would eventually touch windings and short them out, don't have the problem with the 16
