Sounds like it revs quick, which works great for a slower style, that depends on bottom end. If you're already carrying speed, youre using mid to top, and it may not have enough "gear" left to accelerate all the way up the wave. It's about matching setup to riding style. Your style looks to be...

It's a lot more than two experienced competitors here.......(theres a ton of experience here).....but regardless of the official number, it's a great place for info :). Some things are a "truth", and others more of a style/preference thing, but it gives Amanda a big bag of tricks to choose from...

I've found that keeping my weight very near the bars and NOT hanging off the back makes all the difference in my 180s.

What's your prop/engine setup? I'd say flow down as well, and listen to Jace on body position. Sounds like your ski is maxed out before you leave the wave at that speed.

A 900 in a circus or KDX will do anything you want it to. A 900 is "less violent" than a 1200, but will hurt you just the same. 900 would be a better choice IMO, but I don't think it matters much. If you can ride, either will work. If you're new and demo..ing, either will jack you up :)

You're giving up a fair amount of performance with anything less than a Full Spec/Novi 48-49 on either one of these, or any 900Cc + engine. Just finished testing/tuning a customers 8 mil Dasa (950), and even with well tuned 46s, there was a significant loss in performance from the old 48 Full...

Nope........hadn't heard a word about it but sounds good to me. And BTW, it's not a lot of work for someone to give you a prop number lol.
