How do you guys do it, or do you guys even do it? The states I've looked at require that you keep a rope on your boat that's (I think) the length of the vessel. Where would you put said 7 foot rope on, say, a 550? I've been riding all this time without a rope... :smoker:

1989 JS550. Stock arrestor. How do you clean these things? Soak them in gas? It runs better without the arrestor then it does with. The arrestor seems to be acting like a choke. I know I need to get a a/m arrestor. Until then, can I clean it?
