so my project is moving along nicely. I just need to measure and shim the motor, finish the jacketed pipe and have another go at the waterbox. I think I'll have it running in a day or two. I'm thinking about pulling all my stickers off and putting them on my yeti so I can paint this thing. I...

Here are some pictures of the mount/ adjuster I made for the steering cable. I used stainless brackets that I stripped off the wetjet before taking the hull to the junk yard.

Custom thrust trim or trim nozzle setups

Are you wanting to put a trim leaver on your stand up? We can make that happen. All you need to do is find an aluminum trim nozzle on ebay from a sit down ski that will bolt up to your jet pump and I can make the rest. Here is a video example of the one I made for my ski. Total cost for me was...

I got the through hull exhaust and versaplug drain in tonight, it's the first fit check not my final product.

So I decided to make a rear exit exhaust and the versa-plug drain all in one pinch through hull fitting. It will be installed from the rear then the couplings will pinch the gaskets and keep my foam dry.

@speedysprocket will a lighyer flywheel make a big difference? The only experience I have with light flywheels are on turbo hondas, makes pulling out hard with a puck clutch due to the lack of rotating mass. I also own a kx125 and when ridding trails the engine is either on or off. Maybe...

The pole is minus 3 inches and the straight bars (non 15° factory bars) are minus 2 inches. I haven't drilled the hole in the front or cut the holes to run cables yet. Oh and I still need to make a chin pad and spring set-up.

Haha, I like to draw it before I try and build it. Plus it helps someone else out when they need to make something. @Nottjbarlow What's that pipe to?

Thanks guys! I have started an aluminum hand pole as well. I'll take some pictures of my progress after work and post them. The motor is done and sitting on a shelf all sealed up until I get the pole and scupper valve installed. I'm also considering running rear exit exhaust. That means I have...

    WetJet / Westcoast Pipes

I haven't gotten mine running in a super jet yet so from a performance aspect I can't say. They do seem to run well on the wetjet (grew up on two). The weight of the westcost wetjet pipe is where the major difference is. Because half of the pipe is jacketed aluminum (two layers of aluminum pipe...
