Eh, I was unsure also but it's a ratski so I rolled the dice. The bulk head is pretty thick in that area as well. I've had the midshaft out several times since and it's still holding fine. If everything is aligned properly, the bolts are not really taking much load.
You can use the larger midshaft in your square.
The bottom 2 bolts will line up with the larger midshaft housing. Drill and tap the bulkhead for the third (in the fiberglass). I wasn't sure how long it would last but I've had an 8mil able/hpe in a square like this for almost a year. The smc...
Well the stars didn't align, all these hurricanes have us busy and I'm not going to be off orders in time. @TLR67 , thanks for offering to share your camp sight. Maybe I'll see y'all next year. Hope y'all have a blast.
prox says .4-.5% of diameter. That puts your range at .012-.016.
Me personally, id bring it up to .016, as Kaylee also stated. Your cylinder wall to piston clearance is spot on.

I dont know how much is too much but i got curious and found a battery life calculator. If you had a deka etx-12 (10 amp hour), a...
O it's looking good, this was a pretty random idea for me but I'm very excited now!
I'll still be under carb tuning trials but maybe I can get some feed back from the pros.
Anyone have a camp site by themselves? I'm thinking about coming up if everything works out. I'll split the cost with ya and I just have a pickup truck. Also I'll bring a beach cart that anyone is welcome to use.
Im not getting blackjacks. I'm aware of what annular discharge carbs are. I was saying I purchased retail 44's from BK (actually team scream 44's). The ones with 4 transfer holes unlike my oem 44's with 3.
I have your jetting recommendation on hand also and will try it also.
I appreciate the info. The carbs I'm getting from BK are the black 44's with 4 transfer holes. I just ordered jets for them and I'll try them out next week. If these fix the issue, then I have wasted a ton of time on those oem carbs...
