I had a stock engine running a B pipe and stock waterbox, but side exhaust and rear. It was SOOOOO loud. I hated it. Sure, your waterbox doesn't help, but I'd start by getting rid of that side exit. For comparison, my current setup with a PFP and NO waterbox is quieter than that SJ was.

I can't comment on each modification unfortunately, as I did everything at once. Previous setup was: 83mm bore, 190psi, Advent ign, V Force reeds, Blackjacked SXR carbs, and wet pipe. This was all through the same pump setup, stock with 14/22 Solas. New is 84mm, porting, new Advent curve...

Thanks for the comments! I epoxied in some 1/4" x 2 aluminum bar into the sides then glassed over the whole thing. This gave a back bone for the rails. The rails are "T Track" and are epoxied to the glass, then bolted on either end. The holds themselves are taken off of an old pair of work...

I tried a pair of the Jettribe goggles, fogged up like crazy. I even enlarged the vent holes and cleared the foam away from them, they just don't work for freeriding, maybe racing for more air flow, but not slower speed stuff, that's for sure.

Ya, but that inner sleeve between the bearings is tight between them, if I drive the back bearing in farther, it will drive the front bearing out...that's assuming the rear bearing isn't fully seated in the housing.
