If you have everything to get it running then put it together and ride it. If you need more parts for it pm me as I have a bunch of 550 parts if you need them. Stop looking at eBay for parts.... I find I buy a lot of things I don't need because they look good in the pic, so i think "that...

    SXR motors beat next step?

If you are boring it you should have the pistons in hand with you. A good machine shop will match the piston to each cylinder. There is a measured tolerance (clearance) between the piston and cylinder. I prefer to use OE crank seals and wrist pin bearings ( but that's probably my OCD). And...

    SX/SXi/SXi Pro SBT Motors?

First determine what caused the failure. The local jet ski and MX shop has used SBT for years and have had good reviews of them. If you don't fix the problem that caused the initial failure the engine is doomed before it's ordered If you don't follow the directions and install the parts...

Sounds good to me. Last weekend works for me as we have a family trip to Myrtle beach on the week of the 17th. So, if all goes well I'll be there again, camping

    SXR Jetinetics flywheel

TBM is 65 ftlbs I use red lock tight. I also have found after a season of riding that a torque check will move the bolt so I pull the bolt annually and re-torque with fresh lock tight. It's probably overkill but I don't like to break down in season I felt a difference with the flywheel...

    Custom/Hybrid ROK rebuild

So I got to ride it on thurday in daytona and I like it a lot. Didn't get to ride much more than getting the carbs tuned in but it rides nice and has plenty of power,,,, for now I will probably shorten the pole a little and see if I can get the nose down a little more. If that dosnt work I...

    SXR x-metal handpole install tips

I run the short xm steering with straight bars. Love it. I'm -2.5 on the pole and the steering is another -2 from the stock set-up. It will feel weird at first because the bars are higher in the tray when starting up but you will get used to it quick. I'm running pole pole stiff now too and...

    Other Thanks Tona' crew!!!

It's pretty rare that a jeep i6 needs an oil pump. Put the sender in it first and use quality oil & filters. Ive seen more than 1 engine fail due to cheap (and fram) oil filters. I lost an engine to a fram filter myself. Kept loosing oil pressure intermittently and then changed the filter...

That's ok Zach, at least you were there. Matt and Zach, sorry you didn't get to try out the ROK. You'll have to take a raincheck. For the time I was there I had a great time. Big Thanks to Nick and all the sponsors.

    SXR removing rail caps

in my experience the jet trim rail caps are a much better product than the blowsion rail caps. They have better fit and finish. The blowsion caps I ordered didn't fit at all and did not install them. I like the look of the rail caps but it's personal preference. You can glue turf straight...
