    Very true but at that point youre just taking a degree or two out of what you measured and thats why the pitch gauge is a good tool to have. You'll also know if the blades are all thr same angle as well

    bad ground will cause all kinds of weird issues. are you certain that youre frying stators and cdis? i understand youve replaced them and had the same issue. have you by chance let the engine cool off and checked spark? your flywheel magnets could be failing once the engine gets warmed up.

    If I were you I'd just get some 46s abd run those in your 62t engine. Do it once. The 46s will work fine on even a stock cylinder with a little tuning. They'll also work well up to 1000ccs for a freeride engine. For freestyle you'll want more carb.

    I ran 44s on an unported 701 and it ran great. It doesn't make any sense to run oem 38s on that manifold that is designed for 46s and up carbs. Why wouldn't you run the oem 38 manifold instead?

    Yamaha skis came with 144 pumps. I dont think kawasaki made a 144mm pump. The 750 pump is the go to for the 550 swaps. You just need a ride plate, pump shoe and x2 driveshaft.

    Jet maniac on here or @jr can get you a zeel. I believe the y62t zeel is around 400 or so. Im not sure how much the program cable for that model is. I have the 760 zeel the older model that uses a different cable. Can also check out www.zeeltronic.com

    There is a much better solution over the enhancer. The Zeeltronics y62t cdi is a much better cdi mainly because it is adjustable with a laptop and program cable. Kt can also be used for diagnosis of your ignition system. Also cheaper price than the enhancer. You can run more timing with the zeel...
