Carter B SN kit ride reviews

The rocker nose on mine did not have a splash guard if you want to call it that. Mine was a round nose and I did add my own splash guard which mimicked his gen 2 nose with the built in guard.. it helped a little but you would still take one to the face on occasion. The picture that wfo posted of...

    Freestyle Carbon Kevlar Rickter FS-2

Yes i absolutely think you will notice an increase in power going to 44s. If you run a stock 44 manifold then be sure to fill the crossover tube..760 carbs will work fine but mikuni 44s without chokes will be easier to tune. The only benefit to the 38s is negotiably better off idle throttle...

    Freestyle Carbon Kevlar Rickter FS-2

Once you ride an aftermarket ski and get comfortable on it you won't ride a superjet for rec riding anymore.. I'm not very familiar with the fs-2 i know it was an earlier model. It will still be a very solid upgrade from the superjet hull. I bought my superfreak as a project and completely...

    KP handlepole on SXR800, install??s

I used a blowsion sxr spring on my superfreak and cut the top as well. Also had to bend the bottom a little as well. It has a xmetal pole which typically uses pinch bolts but I like the pole spring feel over the tight pole.

    KP handlepole on SXR800, install??s

I like to make a pole pad out of undermat then turf it and glue it to the hood. You can easily shape the undermat to fit the hood curves for maximum surface contact and adhesion.. I made one for my superfreak that is 6 inches tall and it finally blew off after 2 years glued on and a failed...

    KP handlepole on SXR800, install??s

A good pole spring will make the pole feel light. Definitely push the poles back up into the bottom pole bracket. I've had much better luck installing those type poles in pieces vs trying to it preassembled. Get the bottom on first, the run your cables up, the then the poles an finally the top...

    Rickter Back in Production 2025

Were you able to track the molds down? I have a badass -4.3 and I'll say it's the best all around ski I've ridden. Thats just my personal opinion. I'm by no means a great rider but I can just do things especially in the waves on it that I've never been able to do on anything else. It just...

    Rickter Back in Production 2025

I think that is partly due to there I'd no real money in aftermarket standup jetski hulls. Not enough profit or demand at the end of the day to build hulls. Tem who originally designed and built the superfreaks now builds very high quality carbon offshore catamarans where the profit margin is...

    440 Pipe fitment questions

I recently moved into a new house. In going through things, I came across a jetsport manifold that will work perfectly for you. It could use a little cleanup but otherwise in great shape. Shoot me a pm and we'll work something out.

Other 760 Yamaha with dual 38's

Is your engine ported? What pipe are you running? Obviously porting and the pipe will allow the larger carbs to show bigger benefit than a stock cylinder.

Other 760 Yamaha with dual 38's

I can comment on the oem 760 vs a/m 44 mikunis. I have ran both on the same engine, in the same ski. The oem 760s I ran larger jetting by one size to get the tune right than with the a/m mikunis. I also did not drill out the return restrictor on the 760 carbs as I did on the a/m carbs. The a/m...

    Engine Symptoms

I have had nothing but top notch service from Paul. He's a great dude, knows his stuff, does excellent engine/tuning work and is someone I consider a friend. He's in GA and I'm in NC so about 5 hours. I also love that he is one of the very few engine guys that actually rides. I'll see him next...

Looking for 20mm underpad , who sale that ?

https://www.thefoamfactory.com/closedcellfoam/neoprene.html I've used this product here on my superfreak. They have all different thicknesses from 1/8 to 2 in thick. The price is about the same as hydroturf brand however you get a lot more material here.. I used the 1/2 inch and 1 inch on my...

    Engine Symptoms

Only real way to know if you need a bore is to measure your cylinder and pistons for wear. Otherwise you're ultimately guessing. If it were me and didn't have access to bore gauges then I'd replace the pistons and rings along with a light hone. But also keep in mind, when you hone the cylinder...

Is the sport / market declining?

Actually he did in the second paragraph where he addressed the response directly.

Is the sport / market declining?

Not to mention the cost of said batteries. I fly rc airplanes that use lipos. Most of my planes are edf jets. They use a 6 cell battery at 25v. The edf is a 90mm housing with a 12 blade rotor with a 1900kv motor. That setup at max throttle pushes around 120 amps. The typical battery for that is...

    Engine CPT Ported 62T Cylinder

The 62t cylinder really comes to life once you get to 83mm bore. You can also get a .015 thick base gasket which will lower the exhaust port slightly and give you a little extra compression (about 10psi) more which all helps with low end torque. I have a ported 62t cylinder and it runs excellent.

Maximizing Velocity in Two-Stroke Engine Intake Manifolds: Why Speed Beats Volume

Even the same hull with the same engine, carbs and pipe just with a different pump will act entirely different.

Wave Blaster 1 bounching at high speed

with a top loader style intake grate like the worx 201, youre not going to get rid of the porposing at speed in smooth water. that intake grate pulls the ski into the water to keep the pump hooked up in rough water. its not made for glass or smooth water. if you ride in mostly smooth water, then...

New Ready to Run LSP S1 Hull

I personally would never put open style air filters like that on any ski other than a purpose built race ski. Only place I see any benefit in those style filters for the extra horsepower and the fact that the riding is around a body course instead of jumping waves and going inverted. Cranks are...
