Looks like some kind of sealant maybe? It's around all the girdle studs, but is kind splattered/spread out around one of them big time as shown in pic. Retorque maybe?? Hmm:

@ Jetmaniac 781BB factory B pipe dual cooling. I am getting no water out of the cooling line that comes out of the top of the head pipe. If I blow into it while the ski is in the water I can hear bubbles. If I suck on it, I can pull water thru. If I hook it back up and run it I get zero water...
