    Freestyle Operation stryker

Some more pictures of this hull in action. Rode it for the second time this weekend and starting to get it dialed in a little more.

On this particular hull I have seen no need for a splash guard. I don't get any splash while riding mine. I'm not talking about other hulls.

    Freestyle Operation stryker

I'm sure if you bought a hull, he could make you a splash guard if you want one. For flat water riding there is no need for one on this hull.

    Freestyle Operation stryker

Jason, you were supposed to pick me up a new chin pad. Tom, you should of stuck around. I'm sure you had nothing better to do then sit in a parking lot and build a ski. We ride again on Saturday, come join. This ski was a bare hull on Friday of World Finals. This is how it looked on Friday night,

    Freestyle Operation stryker

I'll be on the look out for a RRP or X-metal comp pole. Let me know if you'll have one for sale in Havasu.

prop pitch and jetting for Dasa 900

I'm running a very similar set up and think there's a little more low end hit to be found too. When I went to TL from enhancer I was expecting more out of. I started off with base timing at 26* and bumped it up to 28* or 29*. What is your base timing at? Is 33* safe on pump gas? For me the...

    Custom/Hybrid js 701 w/144 pump

Battery goes in the bottom right of my picture. I am running the Rhaas kit. No bilge just a one way valve. The water box is a pain to get in there, and I didn't rocker the nose. I wish I had a mod chamber to get the extra 1.5" that you have.

    Custom/Hybrid js 701 w/144 pump

Looking good. Everything on my ski fit, although when running the pipe does rattle and touch the hull. I do plan to try to wedge turf between the hull and the pipe. I am running a super trapp water box.

Other Solar Panel Charger for use with a TL system

Not to mount on the ski while riding. Just connect it to the ski when its sitting. I live in AZ so no shortage of sun here.

Other Solar Panel Charger for use with a TL system

Any thoughts on using a solar panel battery charger/maintainer such as this one http://www.homedepot.com/buy/electrical/solar-power/sunforce-1-watt-power-sports-charger-50013.html#.USRXxaVJO7x with a TL system to help keep from having to charge their battery ever couple rides. I was thinking if...

550 Flatdeck build, Now with 701 Power

Just a quick update: I finally got around to setting up the TL for my SJ so I was able to use the flywheel and ebox from it. I bought a starter, bendix and flywheel cover so I was able to get those installed. Now all I need to do is hook up the start /top switch, shim the engine (get engine...

550 Flatdeck build, Now with 701 Power

Upgrading to 701 Power Finally got back around to the 550 that's been sitting for so long. I ordered up the conversion kit from Rhaas to drop a 701 in the 550 hull. The kit was great quality and a breeze to install. Basically All that I had to do was cut the batter box as the instructions show...

Surfriding Matt Smith sank his new EVO!

Thanks guys. That's gotta be what it is. Funny thing is it didn't start happening till half way through the day which seems weird to me. Yes the siphon still has the loop in it that runs the plumbing up above the water line.

Surfriding Matt Smith sank his new EVO!

Just out of curiosity, will this cause the water to back feed into the engine compartment? I just experienced this same thing yesterday. I cant figure out where all the water was coming from. I'm running a bored nozzle and stock siphon bilge but just had the problem occur this weekend.
