Started the ski today. It fired right up! Making some adjustments and making the inside look a little better. Should be riding it this weekend.

Ordered the jets today. Hopefully I get them by Friday. After talking to a friend, I went with 135 on the highs and 80 on the lows. Looking back I should of just bought a good SJ or SXR. Damn money pits haha.

I am going to run the cooling lines on my 750 dry pipe. Anyone have a diagram? I have two holes drilled on the head. I know where the pump line goes. After that I'm lost.

Could anyone help me out with a cooling line diagram? I have two holes drilled on my milled 800 head and a factory dry pipe. I wanna set it up with dual pissers. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 1995 SXI with the dual Keihin carbs. My engine was build by Tim at Zforce using a stock SXR 800 cylinder that has been ported. I have installed a Factory Dry Pipe. Anyone know what new Main Jet and Pilot jets I should use? Thanks.

I have a question about the Factory Dry Pipe. I ordered a used one and the pipe and everything looks great. The only part that I did not get was the pipe that goes from the Dry Pipe to the Waterbox. Where can I find one or can I used something else?

Just purchased a 1995 sx hull today. Can't wait to get crazy with this one. It has nothing, so I'm looking forward to building. I'll probably start stripping the tray and put footholds in over the next couple of weeks and looks for hardware for the bilge. Any suggestions or if anyone has any...

Bought a pipe finally today! Found a used dry pipe. Should have to ski done soon.

I put my flywheel on my Sxi back in Nov. I have not ran the ski yet. I was thinking about this the other night…how tight does the flywheel have to be on. I used wrenches and tightened the flywheel on secure. Should I of used an impact wrench?
