Sorry, didn't mean to come off as offensive, your comment about them being ridiculously heavy hinted at the fact that you would rather charge a battery than ride a marginally heavier ski.
Who cares, if you think 10-12lbs is going to make or break how you ride and charging your battery every tank or two is an actual alternative you would consider, you need to rethink your priorities.
6.75" wide, 3" thick at the base tapers as you go up. Stands about 6.5" tall on a flat surface (measured from the surface to the top surface of the pole).
Your best bet is going to be Rhaas, last time I inquired (last year) he said he was still working on it. I have a vintage one here, not sure who its made by but I think it is to corroded to use.
The design of the carbs we use and the way the fuel is supplied is what causes the issue with vibration. The needle and seat dont respond well to being shaken to hell.
It's probably safe to assume these are stamped and welded by FPP so not really "handmade" I wouldn't think there is a lot of variance between chambers. I would be grinding my hull long before denting the chamber, denting a $250 B pipe chamber for a $600 RN hull is one thing, I am going to guess...
Giving my paypal account a workout and have nothing but positive feedback for @H2O HAVOC @Roseand and of course @JetManiac (who busted is ass to get me the parts I needed the day before leaving for Wavedaze)
Ill throw @patrickoconnor in there as well, part is still in shipment but communication...
