    Fuel Tank Foam???

I've seen it used to stop sloshing in freestyle. It will eventually break down and start clogging your jets. Thats what I've seen, there may be a better foam out now.

The surf build has been put on hold. I will continue to show the build of the hull to completion. I sold two of these hulls, one to a gentleman in Arizona and the other in Maine thanks guys. Here are some pics of the plumbing short of the exhaust. A new piece added to the hulls is a molded shaft...

    Trinity Composites EVO Pro Build

Might be one of the strongest hulls as well. Which is the most important aspect. Josh has put 9 months of pure hell to a even lighter hull. He bent the first engine plate to crap. At the same time it blew out a motor mount, sheared the metal cap off the starter solenoid and tore the resonater...

    Trinity Composites EVO Conversion

The stockers weigh between 165-175 lbs. Jonnys ski weighs 130 lbs with the same amount of hardware as a stocker. We saved at least 35 lbs on the upper conversion. A stock hood weighs around 24 lbs. The race hood weighs 9 lbs for a difference of 15 lbs. Total I took 50 lbs off the stock weight.

    Trinity Composites EVO Conversion

Well its 99% done. I took the pics before Jonny put on the hood latch. All thats left to put on is two parts for the new race hood. The empty hull w/plumbing and engine mounts was 130 lbs. vs 165-175 stock. Its on the road to one of the national race stops. Go Jonny Go.

    Trinity Composites "Force" race hood

Its not done yet as I mentioned it has to go to the race this weekend with Jonny. And from what you understand and mentioned thats what I want. A low drag inlet, which has a decent amount of area or volume in comparison to some other hood holes. There will be a scoop on top of the naca that...

    Trinity Composites "Force" race hood

Here are a few pics of a new hood setup, it weighs 9.1 lbs. The liner is set to clear dry pipes now for the basic setup. Then theres an option of the Force race hood. A true naca intake that will duct into a cover to direct the air and any water. It will exit at the back corner just above the...

Your right. Josh is having Neptune racing rebuild that engine right now while Bo is in the engine they are going to add powervalves to the setup. Also do a few other tricks to the engine. Otherwise it came from Carls cycle tons of power at a available price.

Josh and I put our heads together and have a pretty cool foothold. I don't have any pics yet. Already have a few sold so guys are liking them. Been really busy. Also have a new kawi race hood. New liner to clear dry pipe and outer skin has a naca intake. Duct in side dedicated to naca for forced...

So who wants a fully setup PWC shop in GA

You need to move to Florida for the year round bumper boats. I think the fuel and economy have maybe helped the ski industry. I Know it sounds crazy, but I've seen more jet skis in the water and being trailered in my area than I have in several years. People are buying smaller boats and pwc at...

So who wants a fully setup PWC shop in GA

Why not a bow thruster. Mount it in the pump area. Drill a hole straight up for the motor to go in the hull dry. Then you can go forward and backwards to a limit. Plus there is no external prop.
