For the exhaust port, I feel the flex shaft is the easiest, if you are modifying the transfer/boost ports a 90* is best (but I don't think the one you posted would fit inside the cylinder well).

Coating both halves prior to bonding will almost guarantee it fails, the fuel will find the seam and get under the coating. The 550 tank works in so many setups, somebody should sell a new tank in this size/shape. Blocking off the fill neck gets over 4 gallons but unscrewing the pickup...

Got mailbox numbers/letters on my hood from the PO and I am not digging it. Here are a couple ideas I tossed together real quick, the white would just be relief cut into a black piece of vinyl. The top left is my first choice, anybody else have any ideas?
