how much do you need to move it back?

all you can do is remove the soft stuff by scrapping or with acetone and re-do it. don't lay stuff on top as it may never dry. you could try some heat lamps on it for a little while to see if it helps as well.

that's cosmetic carbon. pull it or cut it off and ride. you also have a loose nut on your trim system and the plate screws are not the right ones btw.
