Are you using the correct end? You could drill it out a little larger if there is room.

Adding the pink hard foam from homedepot only adds at most 1-2lbs. Not sure its enough to float though. Probably just buy you an extra minute or two before it sinks.

you can cut the water jacket off the stock 900 pipe. Few threads and pics of people doing it over on pwctoday. Have also seen a guy run a tnt blaster chamber on a 900... I would modify the 900 exhaust chamber and do the dry pipe mod for it before wasting time making a bpipe fit.

I believe he is working with TNT on a chamber. Another option would be the few places making carbon chambers.
