After riding in the cold ocean for years I always thought it would be great to come out of that cold water and jump straight into a hot tub! So this year I built one. :)

Search around there are a couple of good threads on here with a ton of info.

I bought a real hot tub and no way I am waiting 12+ hours for it to heat up. Now it takes less than an hour and costs less. :)

I would start with mixing your 93 4:1 with the 110 just to be on the safe side and go from there.

Are you brapping around or holding full throttle chasing boats?

My view from the pismo freeride! Now imagine coming out of the cold arse water iand going straight into a tub of 100+ degree water. Warming up then going back out into the surf.

I think she is finally complete. No longer running the lay down pipe so ditched the limited slip tank(required way too many straps) and put in a Wax racing tank. Shes a tight arse fit too. This also allows me to run a larger battery if needed.

You going to have her ready for Pismo this weekend?! :D

On a brand new engine I would do everything dry. But most of these are 20+ years old and warped or nicked etc so better to fill those gaps with a sealer.

You made it look so easy! also looks like the guy grinded the hull to fit the shoe instead of the shoe to fit the hull?

I am thinking it could work as lube and cause them to slide out during install?

I grease in and between the seals and 3bond the seals and cases. I also let it sit for a few minutes and get tacky before putting them together. *And dont forget tits out on the seals. :)

I went with thread sealer and gave them an extra 1/4 turn with pliers. @waxhead my only critique is that you make them in blue again. :p

Just got mine! Shipping was quicker then I thought as well. Are you using loctite or anything on the fuel line fittings? Also do you know where the green and thin brown o-rings go?

Hard to justify an order of a few jetski exhaust pipes when he is filling orders of 10k+ I would love to see another video/interview on how he developed the different pipes, how he tunes them. What he thinks of people copying his pipes like the c4, carbon chamber copies and tnt chambers. And...
