Haven't tried with the new setup, but in the last video with the speed runs and me trying to ride it, the kiddo got around 20-25 minutes. I also have another battery so I can swap them out pretty fast and put one on the charger (45-60min).

Making progress! Thing is very quiet now. Just barely a slight hum if you are close enough to hear it. And still no issues with motor over heating. Also got closer to getting my fat arse up on plan. Going to try swapping the skat 16 to a 15 next and see how she does.

On the positive, after you rebuild everything you will have a great reliable ski for years to come. :)

You need to question why it has a new top end. Did something fail that caused the top end to need rebuilt? Was the problem fixed? (will the owner tell you the truth?) Is the crank bearings toast too and weren't checked? Figure worse it will need a new crank (SBT crank $300) New gaskets and...

take the carbs off the manifold and pull them apart. You may want to buy a new gasket first before you do.

Do you have the curves and setup posted anywhere? Mine would be going into a zxi1100. Want to run two curves one for sea level and one for 5000ft.
