Do not wrap the turf under why is this???

is there any links out there to the do`s and dont`s when turfing the side rails of a superjet i put a search in but couldnt find anything. any step by step with pics?

Thanks guys I have no experience with jetting at all, this helps. I bought the ski with the pipe on it but have just changed the stock head to riva, i havnt checked the jetting yet to see what the previous owner had in there. But i will. Can you tell me what the stock spring is for a 97?

Could someone tell me what the correct jetting is for 97sj with stock carbs, tau ceti filters, riva head with 35cc domes and factory b-pipe? No porting has been done and stock reeds.

Motor mounts are brand new, bearings are good too. Ordered some shims will try and get it aligned right.

I think i know what you mean now, do you put the straight edge on top of the coupler running the same direction as drive shaft and the two couplers should sit flush with the straight edge? If so i have just done this and my coupler on the engine side is slightly lower. Do i need to shim up the...

What do you do with the straight edge, could you give more detail?

Need to check my engine alignment but have no idea how to. Has anyone a how to list of what to do, pics would also make it easier to understand.

Have noticed that the two faces of my coupler are tight together yet another ski a year old the two faces have a gap between them! Should there be a gap and if so what should it be, and would the two faces meeting cause vibration??

The engine mounts i had fitted are monkey grip. I will try the engine alignment first then and see how it goes, although i didnt realise that they made the ski vibrate until they got broke in. Maybe this could be (part) of the problem.

will try the engine alignment then. engine mounts brand new, changed them when the wee ends and crank seals got done. this is when the vibs started!!

My ski has a strong feeling of vibration. It seems to come from every where, i can feel it through my bars and under my feet! I took out the pump and drive shaft and i could still feel it through the bars. I took of the fly wheel cover and set a plunger gauge on the fly wheel and turned it...

What difference did you see from having the top screw open then changing to the bottom screw open. I`m just trying to get an understanding of how the different screws effect the power delivery.
