Check with Pat at X-metal works. I believe he has experimented with the stinger end of the expansion chamber and will have a very good understanding of what and how it works. As for the waterbox NO it is not ormal. What has happened is that a corner of the baffle with one of the crossover tubes...
What Mark44 said is true, you also want to check each wire to ensure that they are NOT gounded. You should have an open circuit when the positive lead of the ohm meter is connected to any stator wire and the black lead to the stator plate. If the resistance of the coils is incorrect OR if any...
try doing it like a cylinder sleeve...put it in an oven at 200 degrees for a couple of hours, take it out and use a magnet to remove the pin. if it is stainless then try to grab what is sticking out with a hemostat.
Grainger also has valves called "sump pump checkvalves" I have been using them for 9 years. I run 2 of them in the 2" size and dump them out in the pump area, on top of the ride plate. It makes for a really clean set up and retains the rear exhaust as well. The cost is about $27 for 2. As with...
Do you have to have experience? I would consider giving it a shot if the skill level is not "too" high. If so can I be your groupie as well? Peace out.

check with parrdaddy, he ran 34cc's in an ada on a cylinder worked by TLR. he ran this set up for several years on 93 with NO problems. he still has this motor in excellent condition and with the original set of wiseco pistons. It hits hard for what it is.
I have a TDR, I stopped using it because it is too loud. It is MUCH louder than stock or FPP. If you want it, it's yours for $25 and that includes shipping.
One of the biggest advantages of the pro digital (dual system) is that unlike most ignition systems, it only fires each cylinder at tdc rather than tdc&bdc thus giving it potentially twice the rpm capability and less likely to misfire at higher rpms. It also has a holeshot setting to hold engine...
ok. The inline manifold does use a coupler and the carbs are mounted with the shafts end to end running front to back. The parallel design mounts the carbureters with the shafts parallel with each other and crossways in the hull connected with linkage.
Performance wise the inline mounting may...
first things first...check the compression and do a leak down test. then check the electrical system. then check the fuel system. no matter what you tune or replace, if the engine is not in good mechanical condition this problem will not go away. if the head is stock the compression should be...
