Other Is this what is going to happen to the future of jet ski's?

I once rode a sea turtle....... it was faster. And it had no smoke. It ran on jellyfish. It did have some pretty hidious emmisions, but, it's eggs, when used for baking, made delectable pastries!

Super Jet Superjet hard to start after stalling, out of ideas..Please help.

Start simple. Check all fuel lines & connections. Especially at the on/off/res, if it's still there. Air gets in, lines empty out and you prime all the time. Just a thought.

Other So much for riding Lake Marion,SC anymore...

I remember laying in the water on a broke down 550,(in the St. Johns river) trying to get the attention of a bud for a tow. A 12 footer was less than 30 yards from me. I only noticed him cause he spooked at something. My riding bud was way off in the distance...... That was a long few minutes...

Tom21 footholds and 1 inch pad question

The 25mm pad will squish down over time. I've put extra turf on the instep area to compensate. I wouldn't trim.

    Keeping boots on plugs . . .

Boots shouls stay on without help. If they don't...get new boots. I've had nothing but MSD boots since stock. And, yes, I have keepers. But, as X2Guy said....sometimes I think I'm gonna break something when I'm just pulling them off to change plugs. New boots are easy. Might be time to cut...

    Super Jet Superjet prop question

I was guessing SJ ... by the title of OP. But the kawirider thing threw me as well.... However, if it's a 701, '96-'07, not ported and you're running the stock prop (13/17 ALUM), I would suggest a 12/17 skat swirl.

Super Jet How short is your pole?? Help

I'm 5'9" and a bit "stout"...lol. It really depends on the kind of riding that you do. I ride surf, attempt an air trick now and then, and carve waves. The shortened pole, for me, was one of the best things that I ever did to my ski. I took 2.5" off the pole.....But, when you consider the...

What surf report do you guys trust the most?

Still assuming that winds will remain constant. Any offshore fisherman knows that it can be a different world in 15 minutes. Good or bad. No matter what the buoy says.

Who's ready for Hurricane Katia surf???

9:30 pm… Night Time Note: I just checked out local buoy and it is the largest it has been yet!!! 9.8 feet at 14.8 seconds! This means the swell… as of nightfall … is still increasing! And anyone who surfed just before dark knows the swell is getting bigger and bigger! Goodness gracious! Tomorrow...

Who's ready for Hurricane Katia surf???

I'm joking. Some members believe "spot riders" are camera challenged. After the first cam broke, I quit. Don't need the agg. Love pics/vids, but love riding more. I have a pretty good memory.......over time, it even makes the waves bigger! lol.

Who's ready for Hurricane Katia surf???

Had a very cool ride at the spot (after work). We all had a great time. 10' faces easily. Wind was from the east, but light. A bit more choppy than the Irene Saturday...but a helluva lot of fun. BTW: The EPA has banned cameras at the spot....something about turtles...lol. Great time! Hoping the...

What surf report do you guys trust the most?

ALL of the surf shops had it wrong today. The size was pretty accurate, (10' faces) , but they ALL called for a west wind to glass them off. Wind was light, but out of the east. Katia was a bit choppier than Irene, but still a boatload of fun! Sorry suzi, we concentrate on riding.....no vid...
