They do have electric start if you want all the time...the idea is to have electric start without the weight...otherwise you can just have pullstart with the shot or without

I have had stand up before but they were older beater style...so im not sure if the newer ones do better on...

Interesting read....How about know by the serial number??? The question came up because I saw the last three digits of my Stand up and thought if this was a newer in production line one or older one at #314....its a 2014 sj
got the carb kit fired it up...idoled perfectly...soon as you hit the gas it revs up and then stays reved up....very weird problem...not really sure what it is at this point. any ideas?
