Dog will be 20 in August. He has gone downhill fast the last couple months so made the apt today to put him down. Still not sure how to explain to kids that I'm taking him to be killed. :(
Don't worry! in CA you have to take a boating course before you can legally drive a boat or pwc. But also you dont have to take the course if you are renting. lol
What caused the failure on that one?! I curently have 217k miles. When I took it to GMC to get the trans programed he told me the 6.2's last forever. (mine is pre AFM)
Great looking truck! I just bought a tru-cool trans cooler for mine but was sent a knock off.. Going to look into that Mishimoto. I have a 2012 with the 6.2. Trans went out at 205k.
Spent Sunday making a flag pole and mount for the jetmate. 3/4" pvc with 1/2" pvc inside and a fiberglass pole inside of that. Used some extra exhaust pipe off the wifes car for the mount.
Shes still running too damn hot. headpipe and chamber are a little cooler and no longer sizzling.. Thinking I need to block the front fitting on the head so only the back fitting on the head goes to the headpipe. Should force more water into the headpipe and cool it down. Not sure if that will...
You own both and have ridden both. Which one do you like more? The side mounting on the reaper takes time and practice. Once you get it figured out its pretty easy.
All that work on the cooling system and the exhaust is still getting 200+. Cylinder is fine running around 120 at full throttle. Swapped out my bottle neck 3/8 T with a 1/2 - 3/8 Y spliter. Then realized I am an idiot. Pulled out the adjuster screw from headpipe and the water hole is blocked...
The jetski brothers are only people I see doing new and interesting things. Be cool to see more builds like what they are doing on here. Or if someone was putting NOS and a turbo on wr500 or something else interesting/different.
