and the ribs would be in the cases

They are awesome in all conditions
the will not cavitate like a normal setup
you will get more of a direct hit out of the pump
you need a mag prop and you need to make sure its the right pitch
setup right they are one of the best thing you can put in your pump

Do you remeber reed stuffers how many did they sell and they dont work in fact they do work if you want to slow down your boat

If you dont like it then look elsewhere are the problem is not the cone but its highlighting a tuning or prop issue

That confuses me because if its jetted right you will not have fuel being dumped you will have the right amount of fuel

yeah im thinking a low end engine with a tall prop
its not the sort of thing your going to be reving to the moon
But that would actually make a good race engine
It would just grunt its way around the track
