could be done with a 90deg attachment and cut off wheel but man!
we all know a nice square ex port makes for a nice sharp exhaust pulse.who needs these pesky tuned chambers!
stator is usually slightly larger than wear ring by about 2 to 4mm on total diameter.so yes, skat makes different stators depending on final pump size for flow reasons.
the bilge would not backflow with motor running as venturi at pump nozzle sees low pressure and would vacuum water out..
it would do it with motor stopped which is not what op indicates.
op,also check that pump nozzle has the needed shroud over bilge outlet and if nozzle has been bored that...
could also be thru hull water supply line.aluminum tube with plastic jacket corrodes and breaks or leaks.
check all your lines, exhaust hoses etc..
not too much on those boats
nope.cable was made in brasil.the extra throw comes from the system, not the cable and unlike the thurst,it is not an easy pull.
i do have a new complete xft system if you want.cable, thru hull and complete nozzle assembly.red/orange carbon kevlar.
contact one of the cable manufacturers.they should be able to help out by reusing the xft ends.
i assume you have the one with the spring and rigid end (last version)
thru hull fitting you're going to use a oem sj threaded cap and somehow thread a plastic pipe to fit it.
or just run a regular...
overall ovp on a billet and a cast rrp.nynja pad clears 50mm risers with no mods.regular rrp pad fits with straight bars and rubs a tiny bit with the 50mm risers.a spacer under the pad steering stop makes it work with no mods.
