If you use the 760 flywheel and remove the lump of it. you would be able to run an ignitech ignition on it cheaply and reliably.
You will have the weight of the stock flywheel however.
I used to pull the magnets out of them and run them as a total loss and they were very reliable.
It will increase it every where due to the transfers now having the charge more available to them.
It gives great throttle response and good power. The notches are perfectly safe and will not drop off at all
If you go out side and have a look at your victa lawn mower you will see a two stroke that has air flow that goes in the intake and up to the bottom of the piston then into the transfers when the primary piston rises.
Two strokes that have a pipe actually pull the mixture up the transfers.
I...
You didnt go out far enough and you have an angle on the floor the weight of the air will push hard on the floor so make sure it has a smooth radius on it.
I go alot wider, Also look at filling the fingers and building a ramp to send the charge over top of the crank
A girdle head would have stopped it ripping the top of the cylinder. But then again it may have meant the crank came out the side of the cylinder as well. Hard to know if it would have better or worse. I would be checking that crank its taken a huge hit
The 62t cases have much more potential power when you start really going crazy with the mods. At this stage its better value for money to put a pipe and a head on it
