If your skis are both unregistered and crazy loud, you don't have a lot of argument to make unfortunately.

Work has been busy and I've been distracted by other small projects but I finally did a few things. Rebuilt the carbs and re-jetted, rebuilt the bulkhead bearing housing, fitted a pole spring and Blowsion steering, got rid of the janky hood strap and put on a ratchet setup and started fitting...

Carbs and cooling the same, all liquids, bottom up.

An aftermarket cylinder can overcome some of the stock cylinders shortcomings in transfer volume and design and exhaust. It's not nothing.

Amsoil is great, its all good, there's literally no wrong answers if it's TCW3.

You can only smell it the first couple of times you ride. Once you get used to it, you will hardly notice.

I honestly liked the way it ran just injecting water all the time, the loss of topend was negligible for a rec ski and ECWI is just more crap to deal with.

To be clear, I still ran water to my water jacket to allow me to close off the spray bar easily if I wanted to run it dry. Sorry @Mobile Chernobyl for junking up your thread.

Works very well, I have run it like this without ECWI and just a jet to control flow.
