I dont think not having tubbies is hurting me too bad with how light the nose of my ski is, but Im sure they will still help. Coming up with cash to put towards the ski has been tuff lately, ever since Ive been back from my little riding adventure to CA. lol

Just wondering if any one who rides alot of surf prefers no front foot strap or hold? I have been riding probably 80% surf stance lately, I don't have a front strap and my back foot (toes) sit in the foothold. I really havnt had a problem loosing my footing when slashing/hitting the wave hard...

Word up, I would probably race my SJ just for fun if there was a surf race in FL. My boat topping out at 50mph would not matter, it would be all skill.

Looks like great race conditions to me! Hell those are the conditions I am use to.

Nice work, the quality looks better than the Wammer chamber. I know of one of those that leaked the first time out. Thats alot of time and money spent on molds for your own hull's, good luck!

Didnt your ski weigh over 400lbs at Daytona? You will be loosing more like over 100lbs with the light weight hood included, and no more wet foam! :smile: That ='s a much better power to weight. :icon16: Stick with what you already have for sure.

Is that top builder making his own new Billet cylinder? That price sounds reasonable, if the porting is good, or very close for freestyle setups.
