Its an absolute barge. You really wont understand until you're standing next to it. Yea, cool, it will haul ass in a straight line. What about all of us racers that were enjoying the sport in its current form up until last week? We just got screwed. In case you didn't know, the IJSBA...
I tried finding this and cannot. Apparently the search engine on the X has a problem finding search terms as simple as "TNT." Can anyone help a brother out here?
LoL. Ill admit that one got me too. I figured it out though when I clicked on the "click here for more info" link at the end of the article.
But yea, its so funny to see so many rumors swirl around. I seriously doubt kawi would shoot themselves in the foot on this by remaking the seadoo 3D.
I know there's been these 700 lb rumors flying around but I somehow doubt they doubled the weight of the SXR by adding 12" and a 4 stroke. My guess is around 500.
It wouldn't be legal. 1100cc max as furnished by the manufacturer. But if anybody can have the rules changed, Kawi can and will.
There's also the possibility that they have a new motor.
I'm sure they'll have no problem getting it homologated. This might actually save racing so the last thing the IJSBA wants to do is throw road blocks up.
I think the only issue is displacement. Its not legal for any class with if its a 1500cc motor. They'll have to change the rules for that.
^^^Yea exactly. From their site:
haft is a cut yamaha mid shaft for our Rad Dudes Kawi in a blaster plate. Just spin on a Kawasaki 1100 motor side coupler and go.

^^Yea run stock class. If you bolt those mods on you have to race limited, and then you will be at a disadvantage unless you go full limited which will be a ton more mods.
