    It will mean nothing unless he is too large for his chosen hull. A big rider on a short hull with low power may find it a chore just to get it moving.

    From my limited perspective, it seems like Xscream does a lot of "turn key" boats. There is just not many riders around here that can afford it all at once.

    A car doesnt have to plane to go over 15MPH. Carefully consider the size and weight of the hull and rider. Many of the short boats struggle with larger riders.
