I have ran the suction mount on my rn and put it thru hell and yet the only time it ever came off was on a deep sub. Not as far as for flips on the bob I would not trust that mount! But a handle bar mount or helmet.
Same thing happened to me, this is what I did to fix it, one single strip over the crack so the hood would still seal and two layers of Kevlar to the whole inside of the engine bay. I have flipped and flopped over and over and that crack has never moved.
grab a jetmaniac crank. they are like $200 for a rebuilt brand new bearing crank. id also suggest him for seals. run only OEM crank seals
