If you want it to scoop more, it still wont scoop as much as a 201, nor even a 205. There just is not enough surface area. Its all making a compromise, and I'm not about compromises. :spam:

If you ask me shortening the hull is a cheap and rather brute way to get the desired results, resulting in a rather comprimised overall handling boat. Scalloped ends are a much more sophisiticated way to get the same thing with a better overall performer.
