i made some progress today, but not much. i cut off the other side and cut out the tray. I found a snickers wrapper in the foam when i was ripping it out.?. here are some pics of what is done so far. Still have tons of work to do. next i am going to cut the nose. i haven't figured out exactly...

would this same theory work with dual carbs on a 61x. my 61x hits hard and is very responsive, but i am running a dual r+d manifold with 44's.

what should i fill the underside of the tray with? I have heard ping pong balls, water bottles, pink polystyrene, blue poly, 4lb foam.... I am going to put drains in so "pour" foam is out.
