i have an old twist head that doesn't have hardware. i really don't want to get the hardware from ada because it doesn't hold the cylinder down if for some reason i need to take the head off. thanks for all the help. has anybody found a link to a web site that has them?

i di a search on here and came up with nothing. who sells the girdle hardware that holds the cylinder down when the head is removed?

i might just drop this motor off at team scream since i am down here in fl

so if 84.5 is the max, i should go a couple sizes less so i can bore to the next size if i fry a piston.

what is the biggest i can safely bore my 61x cylinder without making the sleeves paper thin. i still want reliability just a bigger bore without changing the sleeves.

it is underpowered and it is very tall, it sits high in the water which makes it very unstable. i still have one in my garage it just sits there collecting dust because they are not worth chit so there is no point in selling it. i think i may give it to my dad.

the shaft i have in the one i got with the hull just slides in and out and the bearings feel very rough.

I have a mid shaft and bearing for a sn. Should the shaft pull right out of the bearing/housing? Also can the bearings be replaced and where would i get the bearings?

well either way i can't find any hood seal on watcon for an sj.

I can't find an oem superjet seal on there. unless they are the same as the octane???

what is the best way to remove and oem hood seal without damaging it? i really don't want to f@c( it up because they cost over $100 and this one looks pretty new.

you could do this but you would have to find tracer rounds and they are hard to come by. the only reason that thing cuaght fire is because of the tracer rounds. we caught a rifle range on fire on paris island while firing with tracer rounds at night.

sometimes i pour a little dawn dish soap in the flush hose and flush until i don't see bubbles anymore.

they are the pistons that were in the motor when i bought it. they just have an f on the top of them. what the he!! does the "f" mean?

here is my set up. i used a simple u bolt to make sure the hood isn't going to blow off sideways. i still use the hood hooks though
