Where did he mention the ski sank? I would get an ADA Girdled head. If you dont want to change the steering plate out get a set of UMI / RIVA 0 Degree bars. Or change to strait bar setup with turnplate.

Sounds like solenoid stuck sending power to starter.

There was that guy down near Panama City I think that was making the once for Blasters. Think it had just a square taper to it. They were listed on this site.........

Better off with Stainless. McMaster-Carr is where many of use get it. I have found a stainless tube in the plumbing section that had an end on it that you have to cut off.

I was thinking the same.

OEM there are inserts. If yours has a plate, then you could recenter and tap. That box does not have any room for tolerance. It would have been nice if it was sloted, but the way its designed they really could not do that.

Check the bolt hole spacing on that battery box. One I got would not line up.
