Just use a side pipe, that's very loud, but if you don't want one of those I have just got in stock a whole lot of titanium water boxes they come in a cut to your own length style
Mine would do the same work well on some skis and not on others.
I admitted there was an issue with them and didn't get people to replace all their gear.
I refunded people for them as well, the industry does not need people selling parts into the small collective of riders. This just burns off...
So let me get this right. You guys are saying that the failure rate of the epic is fine ?
Sorry can't buy into that one about jetting causing the failure of an epic to not run correctly.
People are crying online because they never got the customer support at all my this is their only option now...
No dog in this fight. But as you know a pipe is constantly changing temp as the engine runs. Heat effects the speed of the gases and how a pipe performs. The point that is trying to be made is the pipe on a dyno will have more time to gather heat and will not be a correct representation of the...
Interesting you say that about the limited pipes.
I have always run them on my race and free ride pipes, much better throttle response down low and higher rpm as well.
all ignitions are is a time delay switch. They use the pick up to tell the cdi where the engine is, it then holds the ignition until so many milliseconds have passed then releases the spark. I used a rad 760 flywheel and a modified sxr ignition to run my race boat for ages. The ignitech and the...
Ignitech are a good ignition and have a heap more options than the 4217. You can set them up to regonizes two pulses per rpm as well. I would have happily ran one of those but they don't do a triple channel like the zeeltronic.
Yes I know the sensor you are using. I read that. I'm shocked your managing to get 37
The way you have the software curve on the screen shot will give you 16.5 degrees timing plus your lead of 10 degrees you said the magnet was ten degrees so at the best 26.5 degrees.
But if you have checked...
Have you checked your advance with a timing light or on the software.
The zeeltronic can be programmed for two lumps and will then fire wasted spark as the stock cdi does.
It sees the front of the lump. It then uses a look up table based on the length of the lump in degrees and it's rpm to know how many Milliseconds to hold before it fires
I know what your trying to do x2 stroker I have tried ut before and ended up using a modified programable sxr ignition to...
Actually instead of being a smart arse I will explain it.
The 4217 fires every time it sees a lump. So there fore it's twice a revolution.
It measures each time it fires as an rpm so thus you need to double the rpm.
Due to the fact it's now reading every 180 degrees it thinks the lump is shorter...
