Yeah I hate water in the tray, I drain my Rickter tray after every ride! I think it's just something you deal with.
I know we used alot of 5200 before we closed up your tray.
That sucks, you looked good doing those rolls... I just never got the right spot to get the pics.
Fun day....
We only tell locals about that spot.... Great spot with long period waves.... That was crap surf, but decent for summer time. We get some of the best surf there for FL east coast.
Me & Lucas are thinking 2-3 wks, will that work. We can't go next wk, but good to go after that.....
I got a 13/18, your more than welcome to try it.
This ski even sounds different with the new TL system.
I have a 1200cc Yamaha SUV 4 seater, after riding my Rickter for awhile I put the SUV in so I could take some PICS.
I rode the Rickter for the morning, I have to check/Verify my timing with a light so I know its 100% right on & then adjust the start up timing. It starts a little hard & thats...
We had a great time,
Me, Lucas, Idok, Tanner, Ewok, Butti, Stanly, Mike, JJ, Chasingdaylight, Cory, The Jax X2 guys, & more!
Worked out great I used the SUV to take still pics with my new camera.
I got to ride my Ski with the new prop, man all I can say is its unreal..... Its been wanting a bigger prop & with the new ATP Flame its just crazy power now. It feels like I just went up 100cc.....
I still gotta check the timing on a light & back off the timing at start up to help it start...
Brett its ready for you to take her out. It has so much power it hurts to ride it now....... But man I sure love it
Got the prop all installed, hitting the Spot in the am for a test. Can't wait to try the right prop.......
Brett you gotta get another lake ride going
I got a new prop in the mail yesterday from XS. Should really make this ski unreal now..... Its needed a bigger prop since we put FS 49's on it, but with the Flame you really can't ride it without the bigger prop. Its a PITA to pull that 148 pump out, its really tight in the pump tunnel.
Going...
Standard length Superfreak hull! Not going to find a lighter hull that will take the abuse. Jetmanic rides his on the lake all the time, we race from one turn to the next & then off to backflip. He's running the same SS827 package. Perfect package!!!
I would get the same bottom that Lucas has...
I think me & Brett both have Billet Xscream mag pumps. My pump has a 144 reduction nozzle on it I'm positive. Purchased it from Chris, 62T nozzle.
Hope that helps.
A lake ride will be a lot of fun!!!
Lucas will help you with the flatwater BF's, hes got those down, no trim & big plate to plate backflips.
Going to be a fun weekend....
Just checked out ATP's site & the EPIC. Surprisingly affordable!
Yeah, Sell the MSD or put it in Lisa's ski. I got the cable & the timing curve that everyone around here is running. It's really the best bang for the buck..... I also got a #.O 62T light FW you can install, I'm runing TL now so...
More compression will help with that snap right off the bottom end. Just don't be out holding it WOT all the way to the ride spot.
You need to buy a EPIC now, you would be very happy!
I'm not worried about the dampner, I play hard with my ski so I expected to have to change stuff. I wasn't bitchen about the coupler, just a normal wear item. But Carl is a great guy & hes taking care of it.
Got the Flame all installed. I'm really impressed with it, the snap is even better...
