The biggest and probably most important handling mod for me on those boats is always changing out the steering cable in favor of a pre 08 version, we change the pole also but if you don't then there is some work to fit that cable to the cast piece on the top of the FX-1 (oh...I mean 08 SJ) pole...

The brake set up is a pretty interesting idea. Would be nice if you could just lock it there and not have to hold it. I've got no desire to do a heel clicker because if my feet are that close to my ears...there is some serious :-):-):-):-) going down that I don't want to be a part of...

Just my input... I've broken the chin piece off two Bellistics, one time putting my tooth through my lip in the process....so I've had enough of them. Also watched mr. Serlin bust his ear drum wearing one a few years ago. I like some of the 661's and have used a few of the MTN bike models...
