you can wrap the edge of the hood with like a door guard type piece to extend it downward some and widen it. or you can sand the hood as long as it doesn't get so low it will rub the body.

me too, you will need a taller prop for sure but it beats making an exotic pump and needing a prop

be aware you are likely processing a lot of sand and that is going to take its toll on the prop and liner.
