    Ground off all the carbon, hogged out the bottom of the mount with a 4 inch grinder and bonded back in place with 404 and epoxy. 2 layers of 5.7 carbon were layed over the mount like originally done.

    I was using compressed air to blow out the motor mount holes and I thought I was hallucinating but the mount on the right was popping up and down about a 1/4 of an inch. So I made a locator from the good mount, and used a dremel to cut the carbon.

    There was a chine crack right in front of the bulkhead. I ground it back and used 7 layers of 1708 ,and lots of pressure for the patch.

    The punch in from the tray or, where the ebox mounts was thin so I beefed it up with a single layer of 1708 overlayed with 4oz. Wound up doing the sides when they couldn't pass the candle test.

    Identifying the steering cable in my 2013 Rickter FS2

    I’m using the ew2-61481-00-00 square nose cable in my FS1. It’s long enough with full length pole tubes and just as important it’s got 4 inches of throw.
